Legal Researcher wanted- Immediate Start

I have been instructed on a case which requires a large amount of research to be undertaken, particularly in relation to U.K. & USA human rights case law, UK parliamentary proceedings and UK prison procedures and inspections.

I have been given authorisation by my client to obtain the assistance of a paid legal researcher for up to 10 days of research. Due to approaching deadlines, I require the research to be undertaken by 19th July 2018. The researcher will need to work from their own premises or a law library, have access to lexis and/or Westlaw, and have previous experience of undertaking both political and legal research. This piece of work will not be suitable to anyone who is currently revising, undertaking exams or finishing a dissertation as it will require full commitment for two weeks at the beginning of July 2018, but will be particularly suited to someone who has completed the BPTC or LPC but has not yet commenced a pupillage or training contract.

If you wish to apply, please send a letter outlining your previous research experience to by 6pm on Sunday 1st July 2018.
